Sharing tea and light refreshments after a funeral can be a meaningful way to spend time together following the service. It allows family and friends to offer comfort, share memories, and reconnect in a relaxed setting.

Woolertons’ Funeral Home can arrange catering either at our premises or at an alternative venue of your choice. We are happy to accommodate most dietary requirements when advised ahead of time.

Catering options at Woolertons’ may include:

  • Small savouries and quiches
  • Assorted club sandwiches, asparagus rolls, or chicken rolls
  • Fresh fruit platters
  • Bite-sized sweet slices

If the reception is held at another venue, your funeral director will organise suitable catering on your behalf.

Some families may prefer the traditional approach of inviting guests to bring food to share after the service, rather than arranging professional catering. This option is always respected and welcomed.

Catering at Woolertons’ Funeral Home

  • Use of the Reception Lounge: $300
  • Catering packages: from $18 per person, including four food items and tea, coffee, or juice
  • Waitstaff (if required): $150.00
