Ana-Maria, we, the family of Ivy Mounsey, would like to express our thanks to you for the sensitive, compassionate, caring and professional way you honoured Mum and each of us at the time of her death and in all the details of her funeral service and burial.
We appreciated your help in having her home those two days prior to the funeral so friends could say “Goodbye” to her here.
We felt wonderfully supported through this time by your gracious manner and attention to detail. Thank you from all the family, Colleen Mounsey.
